He said that the tires would take 2 hours and they were done in one hour. I needed my serpentine belt replaced he quoted me $230 and would take 2-3 hours. QD got it done in 2 hours and cost me $134. My bf did call ahead to check if they have the tires he’s looking for, they didn’t, but the guy on phone said he can order it and get it fast. To our surprise the tires were on sale and they ship quick to the store. We scheduled the appointment few days in advance. They said it’s about an hour to get the tires service. I came in early for my appointment and they quickly tend me. The young lady, I didn’t get her name, who’s working at front was very quick and friendly to approach. I waited for about an hour just as they said. I had few questions about their service and the young lady did an amazing job answering my questions. When they finished Walter helped me out. He explained what they did and if the truck had problem. Since my bf asked for them to check the one of problem the truck was having. He explained it to me in a way I would understand because I don’t understand mechanic terms. So then I just called my bf and he was kind enough to explain it to him again. I have to say the service they offer and the employees they have are very friendly and reliable. If I need to get my tires change I would go here.
